Welcome to Harbor Ridge and Northeast Tacoma. The Harbor Ridge Homeowners Association was founded in 1992 and covers 143 lots of which 5 lots are currently undeveloped.

***HARBOR RIDGE BOARD MEETINGS: Harbor Ridge Board meetings are conducted via Zoom conference, we are following the CDC and COVID-19 recommendations. Harbor Ridge Board Members can by contacted via emails and by phone to discuss issues and concerns related to the Harbor Ridge HOA.
